What a circus!

This is my 3rd visit to Q-Photo Parkview (previously Woodlands) - what a circus. The absence of a competent manager is evident. I waited about 15 minutes to take passport photos. We were 5 customers and it looked like there were 3 or 4 assistants in the shop. All 5 customers where fuming with what seemed to be as a results of waiting long and not getting positive response from staff. If it was not for my previous visits I would be more sympathetic, however after similar experiences and eventually cancelling my order (previous occasion), there seems to a pattern. The passport photos was not ready on the same day (already paid, I volunteered to collect it next day and 4 days later, the same story. I had to wait an hour to get my photos on the 6th day. The pretty new shop, delivers pretty bad service. Apart from this no reference number was issued, but only cash slip. I had to spend time browsing through their directory to find it!! What should be a 5minute exercise (competitors can do it) turned into another bad experience. Fire the manager!!
