Transunion Credit Bureau
Report not reflecting the correct information

I applied for a credit and it was rejected due to Transunion report reflecting that my accounts are maxed. One account is short term insurance, how can that be at it's limit and the other account is a clothing account, payment currently R570, 00, outstanding amount about R2, 000 with limit of R9000. How is that maxed??? Both accounts were never in arrears. I find this is just a another money making scheme!!
