Mr Price Home does not delive

On the 9 March 2013 I purchased 8 dining room chairs from Mr Price home on Hendrik Potgieter.6 of which were ordered. I advised them i would only get the chairs if they would arrive before Easter has i had visitors coming. I was advised the order would take no longer than 10 days and would arrive by the 25 March the latest. On the 28th of March the chairs had still not arrived. I was advised at this stage 4 chairs had arrived and 2 they would get from clear water mall. I was advised to come collect on the 29 March 2013. On arrival I was advised to go collect 2 chairs from clear water mall as they did not have transport to collect. Despite being inconvenienced i went to clear water mall. The chairs there were torn and damaged. I then returned to Hendrik Potgieters Branch only the find the first 4 chairs were also damaged. Seats torn and legs scratched. The manager Wilfred offered no discount or alternatives to the problem. The manager in charge of furniture Raymond said it is not his problem and was extremely rude. I have paid for the goods in full and am now being prejudiced. An email was sent to group Mr Price on 27 March 2013. To date no response was receieved.
