Lack of hygiene

I recently bought meat from save and went home only to find hair in the meat. I called the store and spoke to the butchery manager and was told indirectly that it's not hair as his staff wears hats, and that they are very particular about bygone. However this is a as I personally saw his staff put his feet on the counter were they sell meat and tie his shoe lace. At the time I did speak to the manager and nothing was done. This is not the 1st time I'm having a problem. If it's not meat that's gone off at SAVE WE GETTING A GOOD DEAL OF BUY MEAT AT SAVE AND GET FREE HAIR TOPPING FOR FREE...
