I bought a laptop and two months later it was broken and as I am insured I took it back to the store, now its been over 6months the laptop is not back and the manger is telling me stories every-time I go there to ask about the progress, he does even try to call me or keep me updated about the problem, I'm the one who always have to go there or call and ask. Please help me with this.
