No return or refund of laptop after 15 months

I bought an ASUS laptop on special and it's been giving me problems from the first time I've switched it on. It's 15 months later and has been taken in to be fixed several times only to be returned with the same problem AND even additional problems. Nobody can figure out the problem, but they keep taking in the laptop and returning it broken without the promise of a new one or a refund. Laptops are mostly bought to be worked on - I've had a broken one for 15 months and I'm running out of patience and warranty. ASUS has really bad service and doesn't phone back after I've inquired about the progress of my laptop.

I'm sick of waiting on an obviously broken and Out Of Box Failure laptop which cost me thousands of Rands and leaves me without an efficient laptop to work on.
