Wanted to return a faulty product and after the agent could hear that i was annoyed due to the lack of the system that was not working properly after trying to request a refund electronically it would not work - i tried 8 times and even after the agent tried - it would not work - she went the extra mile logged the incident and called the courier company to confirm they received the request - and then confirmed everything with me step by step - till i received the new order number for the collection of the product. Jessica even called to confirm that after i received the order information she called to confirm if there is anything else that she could assist me with. Hopefully the outcome of the return will be smooth.

I am really impressed with attitude of staying calm and making sure that i understood the process and followed the procedure as best as possible - Would like to say Thank you Jessica
