On Wednesday, 27 November 2013 I placed an order of winter sheets with HC and paid for the order the very same day. I received an SMS confirming payment. On Saturday I received an SMS demanding payment for the very same order that I have paid, I responded by an email to which I'm still waiting for response from HC. On Monday I called HC and the agent I spoke promised to process my order after clarifying some questions he had. I received another SMS and again I called them on Wednesday to ask what's going on, the lady I spoke to informed me that I have cancelled my order and placed another order on Wednesday I was so surprised because I don't remember cancelling my order, she promised to process my order and I will get an SMS from HC. I sent more than one emails to HC, to date no once bothered to respond. I have not receive any communication from HC I logged in their online to check the status only to find that they are still waiting for payment for something that I have already paid. Now I don't know what to do because I have exhausted all means of communication but no one is assisting me and I can't keep on calling them for one thing that they are failing to resolve.
