I'm very disappointed at the service received at [URL Removed] On the 6th of September I ordered Cd's from them and paid immediately. A week later I noticed that next to my order was still outstanding payment, I then contacted them to find out what the problem was. I was told that there was 29 cents outstanding and without making that payment my order was not going to be processed. I paid the amount. Two days later I received a call from Kalahari, in fact 2 calls in one day, they wanted to know how much I have paid and they were getting confused in processing my order. Really??? Up to today (4th October) the delivery date has changed 5 times, with no explanation or any form of communication from their side. I e-mailed Rene America and their customer care to find out what was happening with the order. No response! This was my first order with them and frankly my last. Even though I still want the CDs I just cancelled the order out of frustration. The lady I spoke to over the phone only wanted to refund me not to find out why I'm cancelling the order!
