So it continues

Thank you game for initially coming back to me and telling me that my TV set would be back in your store today and that you would share the cost of repair...

BUT... today is Thursday, phoned the store, spoke to Sipho, and was told, NOPE, TV not back yet, will call you later.

Just called, NOPE, TV not back yet, so I ask, when will it be back... told '"no idea'' so I ask to speak to Elvina, told not available, ask to be put through to somebody in management, phone gets put down on me.

PLEASE can somebody tell me what is going on, WHEN my TV will be back (if ever) and what is going on!
