Stupid call centre agent

Terrible experience.
Some stupid call centre agent who is not happy with her job, knows nothing about customer service callled me informing me of a limit increase to as certain amount on my identity stores account. I asked her a question " From? "
Meaning from what amount is my limit being increased. And she as dumb as she is tells me from Identity in the worst attitude and shouting at me saying didnt i tell you im calling from Identity!!!
She calls me on my phone to shout at me!! the nerve of this uneducated foolish girl!!!
then i ask for her name while telling her not to raise her voice at me as I wanted to report her- and she drops the phone. Displicable behaviour, rude, appauling and totally unacceptable. She called me at approximately 2:21pm on 0847998810, Miss F Shwala
