I was recently very excited to make my first purchase on Zando. After hours of trawling through the website I checked out and used a promotional voucher sent to me by Zando. The voucher stated that should I spend R800 I will get R200 off my purchase. As I had spent just over R800 I typed in the code only to have it not give me R200 off but R139 off. When I asked Brandon Vanreenen via their online chat system to help explain why this is so he responded by saying that it was because I had purchased sale items. I went back to the e-mail to see if there were any terms and conditions and no where on the e-mail did it stipulate this. When I told Brandon this and said that it contravenes the Consumer Protection Act, he never responded. Zando please explain why Brandon never responded. Is it poor service or do you know you're in the wrong and you'd rather hide away than deal with customers?
