Good servise

I went to Woolies Benoni to do my weekly shopping. And I was standing in the line to go to a till. The cashier asked me for my woolies card and my school card. She saw my surname on my card and thanked me and addressed me on my surname. And we had a conversation and she was referring to my surname the entire time. And it was something small but it made a huge difference and she uplifted my spirit as well by going the extra mile.
