Why would I win a Giftvoucher that isn't valid??!!

Last year I won a Giftvoucher from Zando through the Trou inspiraie/ Celebrations website. There was no expiry date for the voucher. When I wanted to order my purchase I added the giftvoucher number at the checkout but it kept saying the voucher is invalid! I tried sending an email to the zando services e-mail but their server kept sending the message back as failed, then I tried phoning the helpline to no avail. What horrible service. I will never support the company again until someone can clear this up and give a voucher number that works!
