Bad Customer Service on Refunding

As a new customer I was very excited with my first purchase at Zando, but the second time has been a big dissapointment. I bought 2 pairs of boots for almost a R1000 on the 7th of May I did receive the order on Monday 13 May but the fit was not nice, I tried returning the items via the internet link, to no avail I contacted the call centre via e-mail and aranged for the items to be returned. It was only picked up on the 20th of May. Items was received back by Zando in perfect condition on 22 May. It is now 4 June, and I still have not been refunded after several daily e-mails as well as calls to Zando call centre. I will not make use of their services again, or refer any other prospecting client.
