Dodgey Dealings at clearwater parking

I am ashamed that clearwater mall gives out fines and clamps wheels when there is NO wheel clamping sign anywhere, there is also no no-parking sign. It is also so frustrating to go into the undercover parking and drive around for ages looking for a parking bay when there arent any, you should put a full sign out front if you dont have the capacity to handle all the cars entering the undercover parking by the movies and toy store. Then you illegally clamp vehicles, without a sign or warning. Not impressed at all. I will be telling everyone of your dodgey dealings!
