No airtime and no answer when calling. Second Time

Here we go again... No airtime pins are being sent... Bought over R100 worth of airtime but no pins...

This seems to be like a thing now with this service. Whats the point of this service as its NEVER convenient to use it cause of problem after problem after problem...

Sick and tired of this.
