Reference number received but not the voucher pins

Good morning :) Thank you for all your help thus far. I received the reference number but no one has contacted me as yet but I continue to try to rectify this problem. I do not think that, that is fair at all. Once again i am waiting for all of my voucher pins. I was told that i would be receiving them shortly but that was almost a week go. NOW, my cell phone is not working as I do not have data because I do not have any airtime!!! Some help please.
