Replacement of Helena Smith

I am an avid collector of Fragrances and as such frequent Dis-chem Carnival Mall a lot, where I always used to be greeted with a smile by the Cosmetics Department manager Helena Smith. I have been out of the country for a few months and ventured to the store in question a few weeks ago to a completely different scenario. I asked for Helena only to be told that she had been relocated to 'another store', and after further prodding was told that the store in Question was Bedford Gardens.
The current person in charge could not help me with my request for Prada's Infusion d'Homme which I had to point out to her. She thought it was called 'Prada Milano', Helena would have known in an instant what I was talking about, she is so knowledgeable about her subject that we have even animatedly discussed notes in different fragrances.
When I eventually found her at BENMORE as Dischem doesn't have a branch in Bedford Gdns I was shocked to learn that she is now just a sales assistant. Do you people even realize the WEALTH of information that she carries about cosmetics and fragrances? I will not visit Dischem anymore... you should be ashamed of yourselves ignoring such value in a person. AWFUL
