Bad customer service and pathetic attitude

I had a bad experience at Cotton on yesterday when I went to exhchange an item. I saw pants which I decided to exchange with shorts I had bought wks back from the same store. As I got to the fitting room I told the lady I had shorts in my bag just so they don't suspect I put them in as I was fitting she simply ignored me. Then I went to the counter, Mahlodi didn't even greet me I told her I was doing an exchange then I paid for an item which was in the R100 sale items I saw it billed R150.00 instead when I asked her why did it charge more she just shook her head not a word I then asked her to cancel it. Therafter she shifts a slip close to me with a pen I asked what must I do with this she says with an attitude 'Sign" so I put in my signature and give it back then she says 'You must fill in everything your details" then I said I asked but you didnt say that you said I must just sign. Then they laughed with her colleague. Whenever I go to that store I always get such bad service they never even come to ask if they can help if you look around it's bad and pathetic funny thing when I go to Rosebank or Clearwater the service is great. She ddnt even give me a receipt. Totally disatisfied.
