BAD ATTITUDE WHEN CALLING TO FOLLOW UP PAYEMENT

The call center agent called me to query this months instalment that wasnt recived, instead of expalining politely that foschini hadnt ran the debit order as per our contract he started screaming at me telling me "do i think they are crazy" acting as if im refusing to pay. i then requested to speak to his manager who later on just listened and did nothing to the employee. this was very very bad service from them as a whole i actualy want to cancell my account with them
