Very bad customer service

My director purchased from Stax Dunkeld a Kelvinator Bar fridge and we received very bad service from Andre. We were told that it would be ready for collection on Tuesday then Wednesday and today when I called through, Andre was very rude. He firstly did not even follow up to see if stock had arrived and just passed me onto the dispatch manager Stanley who was not available and then left half day and did not return my call. The second time I called I was treated very badly by Andre and he was rude, abrupt and sarcastic. My boss buys thousands of rands of goods on an ongoing basis from Stax Dunkeld as a result of a terrible salesman will not do so in future.
