Not often do you find service like that

We went in looking for a telescope. Boy were we wrong. Once they listened to what we wanted we were advised against a telescope and we were offered a "Spotting Scope". Dubious and skeptical at first, once they demonstrated the item to us they revealed the price. Imagine our surprise when it turned out not only to be better suited to what we wanted but cheaper too.

More shops could learn from Stax about what customer service is really about.
