Don't Trust Stax Dunkeld

I went to Stax Dunkeld on the 21st March to purchase a dishwasher they had on special, I requested the silver dishwasher as opposed to the white & was happy to pay the difference for the silver one. I was told by Malcolm that the dishwasher would be delivered the following Tuesday 26th or Wednesday 27th when no dleivery came on Tuesday or Wwednesday I called the store but Malcolm was not in I spoke to the store manager Andre who advised me that there was no stock of the dishwaher at all and he advised me that he did not know how Malcolm could make such a mistake as the system clearly showed no stock, I have now been advised by Andre that stock is only arriving on the 22nd April to the warehouse and it would be another 2-3 days before delivery to me. I paid for the appliacnce & delivery with a credit card which I am paying ineterest on with no goods to show for it!! Clearly Stax only cares anout the sale after that they are not interested in helping you. Do not trust them!!!
