Fake leather lounge suite for R18000!!

About 3 months ago I purchased a "genuine leather" lounge suite at the Silverton branch.
Much to my surprise the one unit had big staple in the side (the kind of staple used to bind wood and fabric) after 7 call they collected it and said it would be back by the following Monday as the was on the Friday i said no problem, its been 3 weeks and i have yet to see the unit since collection.

Now the other unit is cracking? from what i know in my limited knowledge leather does not crack! this set look like the cheap leather look set you get and i paid R18000 for the thing and its not even 4 months old. i believe that they are sell cheap furniture at High end prices its daylight.

It has been endless problems with them from the start now I'm sitting with a fake leather suite that was advertised as GENUINE.

I want them to fix this or i will take this to the highest authority
