Bad customer service

I sent a message online via cash crusaders website about my Galaxy Note 2 that I would like to sell, it then said that a representative would contact me regarding my offer. I received an email from Jeremy who is probably based at the lenasia branch as its closest to me. He advised me to bring the phone in for inspection and then they could advise about the price, however I then sent an email asking if they cant give an estimated price from the description that I have about my phone that is practically new..that email was 13:33pm and at 15:58pm still no feedback..I dont think that your business is that busy with emails that he has not been able to respond. Nonetheless now I know not to do business with incompetent businesses and I would rather let tge phone stay in my cupboard than deal with this franchise.
