Unsatisfied with time it took to deliver my order

The delivery time stated on the [URL Removed] website is 48 hours but it took them a week to deliver my goods. Totally unsatisfied and this is unacceptable. Someone (the courier company used - Fast Way Couriers) has to take responsibility for the delay in delivery.
