My daughter ordered a NEW wedding dress from Eve's 6 months before her wedding. At the final fitting 8/10 she was kept waiting as the dress not ready and went back in the afternoon. The dress had a cut across the bodice. No mention of repairing but said they would not charge for any alterations.(?!) After being told not acceptable, they said it would be repaired. Friday 11/10 went back to find the dress unacceptably repaired Nzwaki offered to replace the fabric on the bodice and guaranteed it would be perfect. Told to come in Tuesday 15/10. The repair was even worse. After haggling for about an hour, told a new dress was arriving at 4.30 and to come in early Wednesday 16/10. Dress size 8 not 6 and altered to fit. Asked us to collect at 10.30am Thursday 17/10. Waited till 12.30. The dress was too long but as we had a long way to travel and had cancelled leaving for the venue in Northwest on Wednesday took the dress and left. I was so agitated whilst waiting that I lost my calm. I apologised to Norma as I said that I should be complaining to Nzwaki and not her. Her reply "We all look the same to you"?!? Wedding 19/10. Nzwaki's comment. We've been here since 6am. Bad attitude/service
