I applied for a account there by russells to purchase a Samsung fridge and Plasma Tv, they were very very quick to offer me credit but taking for ever to deliver, now my food is getting rotten all at my expense its been 3days since I've been waiting for them to deliver my goods but they keep promising to call me back and they never do, when I called their head office their staff member Tumi gave me attitude over the phone.
