A service icon

I have never been one for online shopping but when I do I am always nervous about service levels. I have used Kalahari a few times and I must say that they are a service icon in a country with poor service delivery and service apathy. Their website is easy to. Navigate and use and their call cetre isefficient and friendly and always eager to help. How refreshing to deal with people like them. It is singlehandedly the reason I go back... not the convenience... that is good too, but I go back because of the service... well done Kalahari I am a huge ambassador of your brand!!!
