Unresolved query

Two payments made on the same day, one reflects the other not... after a week of phone calls and emails NO ONE has gotten back to us to let us know what is happening... i am told every time i phone that there WAS a system error and must give it 48 hours and it will be resolved... it is now almost two weeks and NOTHING has been resolved.

i would please like someone anyone to let us know what is happening.
