Since my first report 04/04/13 none of my problems have been resolved. I have spoken to the owner of Kia Ermelo who assured me that my complaint will be resolved and that I would receive feedback every 3 days. This, unfortunately, was just another lie. No-one has given me feedback and I had to again make calls to find out what's happening with my vehicle. It has now been more than 6 weeks (26/2) ago that my vehicle was sent for a service and I still don't know if and when I will have it back. I did a lot of research before I purchased my Kia, and have come to the conclusion that maybe I never should have. When I started my search the Kia dealership phoned me every second day and now that I'm faced with this unresolved matter I have not received any feedback. Not even Kia's Customer Services Dept in Jhb has contacted me to find out if my complaint has been resolved. Kia, being an international company has a lot of explaining to do on their part. Why has no one at Kia South Africa bothered taking ownership of this long outstanding, unresolved matter? The wonderful service promised in Kia's advertisements is a far cry of what I have received.
