On 18/02/13 I enquired about the Sony Xperia T deal the MTN Wonderpark shop. It was advertised as R 329/month on a Anytime 350 deal. I am eligable for an upgrade, and asked to proceed with the deal. Th consultant, Musa, informed me that it is loaded as R399 on the system. She escalated an query and promised it will be resolved withing 24 hours. This went on for the whole of last week. She eslated another query and another one without it been resolved. Headoffice told her the deal is for R 399 and it was a miss print in the booklet. The manager of the shop got involved and send emails to his director without any avail. It is just been going back anf forth all the time. I am considering moving to the opposition if this matter is not resolved in the correct manner. I as a customer feel you have a right for what is being presented to you to honour that. Big companies like MTN must takle responsiblity for their "mistakes". I have a right to the price advertised, where do you draw the line? Pick a Pay have a policy if the price advertised doesn't match what is on the system, you get the product for free. Why is MTN so reluctant. I have two contracts and will move if this is not resolved.
