My grandmother opened an account in June took a bed and discovered the mattress was damaged, something was wrong with the springs she reported the matter to the store 4 times to the salesmen but nothing was done up until October 24 I personally went there to complain on behalf of my grandmother and I spoke to the manager who didn't't even have a clue on what I was complaining about, she referred me to a guy who's mouth was full of pop corn, apparently he deals with damage goods, I told him the story and on the 28th the inspector was sent he inspected the mattress and in deed it was damaged, he told us to go back to the store so that they can order another mattress of which we did but we still waiting and now its been a month no one bothered to call and let us know whats happening, I'm wondering if that's the kind of service they give to every customer and their service is so bad if they'll be eating while assisting the customers, as for the manager I don't know how come she doesn't know what's happening in her store as she did not know what I was talking about, JOSHUA DOORE IS GOING DOWN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
