I walked into the store without picking up a basket as I was there to buy a bound 4 pack of j & B and soda. Through no fault of mine the fridge had no bound packs.so I took 4 loose ones. I broke one when I got to the counter and had every intention to pay for it. I asked why there was no bound packs in the fridge and she rudely asked me why I had not used a basket and then rudely insisted I pay the individual price. I exercised my constitutional right to refuse to pay a price higher then the
advertised price. I decided to leave the store. Wat upsets me is my cousins were refused services and asked to leave the store for an incident they had nothing to do with. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I expect an apology from this lady she cannot treat people like they are being done a favour. The level of customer service in our country is so bad because of people like this. I truely believe Im not the first nor the last customer to recieve this kind of treatment from he
