My mom had a complaint about some goods bought at Fashion Express. She asked if she could return it and they refunded her.
I really appreciate that someone from the store called her a few days after and asked her if she was satisfied with the way the whole process was handled, showing that they actually care and are committed to customer service.
I hope the rest of the Foschini Group follow suite very soon.
