No Service and blam it on the traffic

There was a collision on the N2 this morning but none that I know of that was until 11:45am where a store had no operators to man there tills... If this is the case then why has management not issued a contingent plan to ease the frustration on 5 operators? Where are you when your store is in a crisis and your staff respond to customers in a fashion that is not professional?. "no man go talk to customer care I don't know? ".. or to be told that due to an accident staff have not arrived at 11 am in the morning... by then you should of had a plan in place to rescue your store from a lot of complaints... but no your hiding in places where customer's cannot feel that your in control... My advice is : 1. Be visible. 2. Announce to your clients that there is a tech problem and that your assuring them that your dealing with it! ITS ONLY LOGICAL AND PROFESSIONAL... Really I'm disappointed in a Mall store as large as yours and to be treated in such a fashion...
