BEWARE OF PERFECT 10

BIO effect product (R650) sold to me 22 November 2013, promising it was the best product on the market for my skin. After 1 day use, my skin broke out into boils. 23 November 2013, I had gone to the said branch only to be told its probably menstrual hormonal reactions. I gave the product back on the 26 November 2013 and requested a refund (as this was not the first time in a month I was sold an incorrect product). I was told that when the owners where in 24 November 2013, I would be called and the refunds etc will be done. I waited and decided to follow up this issue few days later being, TODAY! when I called the Irene branch and requested the owners telephones. I called both owners to relay the story only to be cut short and the phone slammed down on me. I went into the branch to try resolve this matter only to be told to "get out" of store. Currently, Irene Perfect 10 is in possession of the product and the R650 which they refuse to refund.
