REFUND OUTSTANDING FOR OVER A MONTH

I made a purchase from City Slicker on 9/11/2013 not knowing that particular product is sold out as it was still adverticed on their site. After threatening them with regards to my refund was I told that it will take 10 - 15 days to process the refund. I waited the allotted time and then followed up with them again with regards to my refund on 5/12/2013. I was informed on Saturday 7/12/2013 there was a backlog of pending refunds but all is cleared now and they will send me proof of payment into my account on Monday 9/12/2013. Up to this date nothing was received from them. I had to phone them today 17/12/2013 to find out what's going on here and was told all is approved and will be done before end of business today 17/12/2013. This promise was done before. I find them very unprofessional and will never recommend anyone to use them ever.
