GEL NAILS PEELED OFF IN A PERIOD OF 1 WEEK

On 7 October 2013, myself and 3 colleagues had our nails done at Perfect 10, Irene Mall. Within one day, the nails started chipping and within one week, all the gel nails had peeled off. This was reported by 14 October 2013. We were offered a voucher, however, as a result of the bad quality product seemingly used by the branch, we do not wish to return. After requesting a refund, we were advised that it was not their policy, this was however never pointed out to us nor was it evidenced in the shop. The owner of the shop refused point blank to accommodate the refund and is only willing to provide us with a voucher, saying that incident was reported too late. 1 week later is certainly not too late of period. We will never approach this shop nor any other branch in this franchise due to this conduct.
