Absolute poor service

On Saturday 30 Nov we had been waiting for more than a hour in a line to be assisted. Assistants standing doing absolute nothing and cashiers who work at a snail pace. This is on a day various promotions are running yet only a few cashiers waiting. Wanted to use my thank you points, yet there was no/limited stock for the sports bra I wanted. Disappointed.
