Bad Service

I have received poor service from Truworths on various occasions. The quality of your clothing is poor. After getting married I changed my surname with Truworths Head office yet a new card was never dispatched which meant that every time I tried to purchase anything I had to use my ID document which seemed a challenge for your poorly trained staff. It regularly happens that one is left standing in long lines at the cashiers. During the course of this weekend however the terrible service I received from the Vaal Mall branch was the last straw. Approximately 20 to 30 people waiting in line at the cashiers and only three cashiers helping clients while there were in fact 6 pay points available and a manager, Mr Edvin Malihle, who was rude and unhelpful. I will be closing my account with you.
