Woolworths Service Below Standard of a Spaza Shop

I waited longer than 25 minutes to get through on the on line shopping today only to receive inefficient service. The arrogant consultant (when I asked his surname his comments was that I'm the only Mario working here) consultant stated I'll just have to register and then the gift on the registry will be sent to the individual. This was not what happened. It didn't allow me to send it to the registery individual (81459108).

Due to Woolworths bad service I won't be able to give the individual a wedding gift for there wedding today!

Just believe your service is putrid and why do you offer a service if your staff is inadequate to handle or assist clients. Woolworths can learn a lot from a local cafe on service!!!
