BAD POLICY

Late/No delivery and not even the courtesy of a phone call letting us know what the problem was! To put it in a nutshell, I've wasted too much of my time this morning on this complaint involving this branch, the branch manager and the shoddy untruthful way they have dealt with us! When we wanted to purchase a computer chair which WAS DISPLAYED on their showroom floor (WHICH MEANS TO ANYONE THAT THEY HAD STOCK OF THIS ITEM) ( [which by the way was a damaged chair} We then were told there were two in stock, but when they checked none existed!!! We were then told to pay up front R600.00 for this chair which only could be ordered once we had paid due to COMPANY POLICY! We then paid R600.00 and we have never heard from them again!!!
