Put on hold/System not working

I call the Edgars Call Centre twice on 2013/11/24 & get put on hold both times until my airtime cuts. I call again only to be told that their systems don't update over the weekend. I call again today & Simangele picks up to tell me her systems are not working. I ask she calls be back & she tells me that they are an inbound Call Centre & her systems aren't working. What pathetic service. My account is on a negative balance after I paid & no one can assist. Miss one payment & their collections team will be up your backside.
