Foschini head office service is bad

Hi,

my mother recently applied for a spous card at sportscene.
that has been over 2 months ago.
up till this day no feedback has been given. we evens gave up.

i also applied for an account online about a week ago.
i was told feedback will be given in 48 hours.
unless they have some special clock ticking down there 48hours i dotn know.
its been over a week and nothing nobody has contacted, emailed, or even smsd me. NOTHING!!!

im discgustewd and to think i worked for this company at one stage. and they prided themself in service.
