Appauling service from Clicks pharmacist

I was left deeply appalled and offended at the service that I recieved at the Clicks pharmacy in Norkem Park. I made the mistake of queuing in the wrong line to collect some prescription medication and only realised this once I had reached the front of the line (I don't know of any sensible person who would knowingly queue in the wrong line for more than 20 minutes). I was greeted with the terrible attitude of a pharmacist who went on to lambast me for the mistake I had made. I was told that "the signs are there for me to see and its not his fault that I got into the wrong line". Not even giving me a chance to speak, he just shouted "next" over my voice for the next customer. I'm deeply unsatisfied at the way I was treated and spoken to and I don't even know if he was called to order by his manager after I had complained to him.
