Long queues

Good day

I went to your Clicks at Carlton Centre by the Self Medication, today at 9am there was no one to attend to us, but at the prescription side there where two people working there, only at 9h15 after I asked this guy by the prescription if there was anyone working that site, this lady came and helped one customer then left. Then at 9h30 this guy came to help us, what is wrong with this picture as there was a very long queue at the self medication but by prescription site where only four people in the queue and two Pharmacists.

I'm so sick and tired of your apologies when it come to your poor service, you must take your apology anfd fly a kite with it as this is not the first time I complained about the long queues and bad service from Clicks Carlton Centre nxxx
