Outstanding Service

My son was not getting better after having him checked out by a doctor that same evening. We decided to go buy a nebulizer at the only pharmacy that is open 24 hours, M Kem City, Bellville. So we drove all the way from Gordon's Bay and on arrival the staff heard his cough and everybody's faces changed to a concerned facial expression, which made me concern. We asked if we can maybe see the Sister on duty that night but she already left. So we asked about the nebulizer and the one staff member, Bianca was very helpful and directed us to one and she took us to the pharmacist and discussed our problem with her and she also helped us very quickly. As we were standing at the paying counter, Bianca came to come fetch us and said we cant leave yet, they want to put our son on the nebulizer first. Every single staff member that was outside came in to come check up on him and even went to get the doctor to check him. After we were finished everybody said goodbye to him and today he is doing much better. I think he would've gotten worse if we had to wait until we got home before giving him the oxygen. I want to thank Bianca and all the staff members of M Kem for outstanding service.
