Very poor performance from the SERVICE DEPT. I called in early Jan to enquire about my Verso's 90k service. I was told by the helpful lady that they could do a service for R1200 which I thought was very fair. I called back to book in after payday in Jan and here's where it went from good to THEY DONT CARE. As that day was full (Thurs 31st Jan) they could book me in for the 1st Feb... BUT the service was now R2400-2800...! I was shocked to say the least. It was a take it or leave it attitude and when the lady (Nadine) spoke to her supervisor (un-named) in the background he said " You had 3 months to bring the car in... thats' how long we have been running the special! Would have been GREAT if I had been informed previously of the SPECIAL!! To think that DST would look after their customers and considering I bought the vehicle from them I would have expected a more respectful level of service and attitude. Not that it counts to DST but I WILL be looking towards other more willing Toyota Dealers for my next vehicles. Places like McCarthy Kingsmead who did the same service for R1299! Thank you McCarthy Kingsmead! You guys were great!
